About this deal

I relate to female characters who don't have any unnecessary quirky traits, who are assertive, hard-working and reasonable. Her inner dialogues were super easy to follow and it was such a smooth ride. Here are the answer to some popular questions: I think this was way less spicy than indigo ridge, (with way less sex scenes) even though the scenes we did get were just as cute. No, you don't need to read Indigo Ridge to enjoy this book, they can both be read as stand-alones. I definitely think that that is the only reason I really liked this book because the romance alone would have not made this a complete story.

You can walk into both Portrush and Portstewart along the spectacular Port Path (also known as the Ulster Way / Causeway Coast Way), or enjoy off-road cycling or the regular scheduled bus service: all options start from just outside the Park. Overall Pace of Story: Good until the very end. I never skimmed and I thought it flowed well otherwise. This book had such a different vibe from Indigo Ridge but was just as incredible. Single mom Memphis moves to Quincy to start a new life with her infant son. She had a job at the small town hotel and her new boss, Eloise, hooks her up with housing — it just so happens to be at Eloise’s brother’s house. Knox Eden is a grump… he doesn’t want a single mother and her child living with him, or so he thinks. He has a restaurant to run and lives away from people for a reason. But it doesn’t take him long to fall hard and fast for Memphis and her little guy. Knox is a care taker at heart and he wants to give Memphis everything she’s never had — all those special moments that many of us take for granted. There are some seriously swoony moments!! Memphis may have been born with a silver spoon, but that doesn’t mean she had a happy life. She’s learning what happiness means with Knox and his family. Seeing both of them grow together was so sweet!! I did listen to this on audible, and if you are an audible girl, I guarantee you... JASON'S VOICE FOR GRIFFING ruined me. Both narrators on this did such an amazing job. I believe half of my rating for this at this moment is because of how amazing the narration for this book was, of course the good writing also had a role in it. I literally binge read this series in one day and I hate myself for finishing so fast because all I want to do now is to reread and devour this book again okay😭

Juniper Hill Holiday Park

The sex scenes were awesome, we get a happy ending, double male and female pov. Griffin is rough, but not cringy, he actually gets pretty romantic at the end and we get some pretty exciting plot twits and high-stake scenes.

Griffin Eden have always lived in the small town Quincy, Montana with his whole family. They’re know as “Quincy royalty”. Griffin has now taken over his father’s ranch. On night at a bar Griffin meets a girl, he only thought she was a tourist, and that he’d never see her again. But we can all guess how that’s gonna go… Juniper Hill was a sweet and angsty romance about someone running from their past and finding their future in a small town. Knox runs the kitchen in his family’s hotel and now has a new neighbor, well two. Memphis moves across the country to work at said hotel and she lives in the apartment above Knox’s house with her infant son, Drake. Memphis and Knox don’t start out on the best food. He’s a bit of a grumpy hero… but soon enough, Memphis and Drake win him over. I absolutely love single parent books. The trope has always been one of my favorite and I was excited to see how it would play out in this book especially because Knox was very grumpy and quiet. But maybe it takes a little crazy to build a good life. If putting the past behind her requires a thousand miles and a new town, she’ll do it if it means a better future for her son. Even if it requires setting aside the glamour of her former life. Even if it requires working as a housekeeper at The Eloise Inn and living in an apartment above a garage.

According to her pops, all she has to do is earn favor with the Edens. But winning over the town’s founding family might have been easier if not for her one-night stand with their oldest son. In her defense, it was her first night in town and she didn’t realize that the rugged and charming man who wooed her into bed was Quincy royalty. The romance, the mystery, the small town and their charismatic residents, all of it just hit the spot just right for me. We also get a sneak peek into the rest of the Eden siblings, and I can't wait to learn more about them in their books. t’s there, on the fifth worst day of her life, that she meets the handsomest man she’s ever laid eyes on. Knox Eden is a beautiful, sinful dream, a chef and her temporary landlord. With his sharp, stubbled jaw and tattooed arms, he’s raw and rugged and everything she’s never had—and never will. Because after the first worst day of her life, Memphis learned a good life requires giving up on her dreams too. And a man like Knox Eden will only ever be a dream. This was so good. It was insta-lust (chapter one), which isn’t everyone’s thing, but I thought the author did it well. You know me, I adore anything cop related. This was so enjoyable and I am so impressed, that by the end of it, even if I am not 100% attracted to cowboys, I can look past that and say Griffin can country boy my as* any time.

so, the author positions this book like enemies to lovers and it’s not even nearly it. it’s just one-night stand to lover or something like that. but they had absolutely no banter or tension. winslow(h) and griffin(H) both are super boring people and i’m not interested in them or their lives at all. they literally have no personality atp and i won’t even remember their names a week later. there was even a line about their chemisty being “off the charts”.. they’re such clowns. Jasper must have put her under a spell with those soul-deep eyes because after a single night together, they woke up husband and wife. Her only hope is to keep this marriage a secret until it’s annulled. Then she’ll pretend it never happened. But maybe it takes a little crazy to build a good life. If putting the past behind her requires a thousand miles and a new town, she'll do it if it means a better future for her son. Even if it requires setting aside the glamour of her former life. Even if it requires working as a housekeeper at The Eloise Inn and living in an apartment above a garage. Therefore, I am rating Indigo Ridge with 4.5 STARS because I found it to be a very good start to a series that is looking amaaaaazing and I cannot wait to read whatever is next. I loved Griffin as a hero and Winn as a heroine, both strong and vulnerable with each other at the same time. This series has a great list of characters and I am sure every single one will get the story they deserve. Devney Perry is one of my go-to authors and I am sure she will be for a long time. I loved the start to this series and I am impatiently waiting for Knox’s story now! The ink on his divorce papers is barely dry, yet he comes armed with apologies and promises. She knows it’s all a ploy. Foster is the king of games and secrets. But he’s got delusions the size of Montana if he thinks she’ll help him train for a world championship fight. Every time she mentioned that Griffin had a cowboy belt, boots and hat and ran a farm, this is all I could see: there was absolutely nothing between them. there was no emotional attraction, no love at first sight, no nothing. it was so underwhelmingly bland.

Winslow Covington is the new chief of police in Quincy, Montana. On her first night in town she has a one night stand, with what they call “Quincy royalty” also know as Griffin Eden. This book was a mystery/romance. I went into it completely blind which was the best way to do it. I had no idea where this book was going the entire time and it made for the best experience. The twists and mysteries in this book were so so so good it had me not able to put the book down because I needed to know what was going to happen.Winn is another strong female character with Griffin being her grumpy counterpart. I loved their relationship, it was really sweet and developed nicely from casual to serious. This is more insta-loveish, but in the cutest way. It´s one of those where he tries to tell himself that he doesn´t have feelings for her but falls even harder every time he sees her. I liked the sidecharacters, especially Griffin´s siblings and Winn´s pops. The storyline was really sweet and I loved how the epilouge already teased Juniper Hill.
