Measures over 6 in. (17 cm) high, 9 in. (25 cm) wide and 3 in. (9 cm) deep, and sits on a sturdy baseplate, making it an impressive stand-alone display. This must be the high tech floor! On one side there's a 3-D printing station, which is fashioning a nanofig. It's unclear whether the flowers featured in the bay window are a product of the printing station.

On the other side of the floor is a potter's wheel, with a nice little moving function. I like that the Friends designers always take the opportunity to add in moving functions into their sets. This is a lovely set overall and could be added to other recently released LEGO Friends sets like the #41704 LEGO Friends Main Street Building. Or, because the building is so nice, it could be turned into a LEGO Modular Building by those who prefer more encloses structures. Either way, it’s a wonderful set with lots of potential for play, customization, and display.
This LEGO Friends high school features a beautiful 3-floored French- style building full of creative art toys. There’s so much to explore – like a posable mannequin, camera, cotton spools, painting canvas, art brushes and cans of spray paint. With these LEGO sets, kids can imagine putting together their own masterpieces! The really should have designed the paint splatters on the sign so that the one next to "ART" didn't look like an F. Neat sewing machine; it's always fun when they find new uses for the ice skate piece. I love the functional potter's wheel.

Although LEGO is considered an educational toy, it’s surprising how few sets have been released through the decades featuring school buildings. Fortunately, the LEGO Friends line changed this. We got the #41005 LEGO Friends Heartlake High in 2013, the #41134 LEGO Friends Heartlake Performance School in 2016, the #41682 LEGO Friends Heartlake City School in 2021, and this year, we got two schools; the #41711 LEGO Friends Emma’s Art School, and the #41714 LEGO Friends Andrea’s Theater School.
