About this deal

Each ARGB wire needs its own Lighting Node Pro channel, these don't work with the Corsair Lighting Hub unfortunately. So, I got myself a new gaming pc, and what I have for fans are 8 altogether, 2 should be connected to the RGB corsair pump. When I first turned on the PC, ALL the fans were lit up, but when I started to mess around with the settings in Icue, I couldn't get 2 fans to light up. NOTE: If you select a LIGHTING LINK effect, the lighting effect will be applied to all iCUE-compatible devices connected to your PC. would link be able to recognize the 25 led from a strip? i only saw pictures only where link showed 10 led per strip???

https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Storage/CORSAIR-Link-Lighting-Node/p/CL-9011103-WW not only that i dont think you can buy just the commander core or node core on its its own i think they have to be in a bundle un like the commander and lighting node pro. (cold be wrong on that thow i haven't look ) and the pro with the 3 pin has the real rgb feature so the can light up at diffrent colors at the same time?https://www.corsair.com/de/de/Categories/Products/Corsair-Link/CORSAIR-Lighting-Node-PRO/p/CL-9011109-WW same case come with a core just depends on witch one. looks like there an pwm hub only no lighting that can also come with the case.

Up to 18 companion triangles powered by 2 master triangles can be controlled by a single RGB controller. I already have 3 RGB ML120s, and from what I can gather, the cooler comes with 2 more RGB ML120s and a Commander Core. The LIGHTING NODE PRO has a total of 6 different lighting modes: Rainbow, Color Shift, Color Pulse, Color Wave, Static, and Temperature. With the different lighting modes available, you can do some pretty cool stuff, such as have the HD RGB fans on your radiator change color depending on the temperature of your processor and the other fans in your system change color depending on the temperature of your drives or graphics card all while your LED strips display a constant rainbow effect.

COMPLETE PWM CONTROL

To assign lighting to your fans or strips, select the fan series you want to edit on the left menu. My PC will have 5 RGB ML120s, and some Corsair strip lights (probably 4 strips daisy chained together). I will for sure have a Commander Core, but exactly what other controllers do I need to control all of that with iCue? (fan speed and RGB) LC100 triangles are not intended to be hotswapped and triangles should not be removed or added together while the system is powered on. In the second drop-down box, select how many of each device is connected to your Lighting Controller.

At the bottom of the screen, you will see two items labelled Lighting Channel 1 and Lighting Channel 2. These are the two connectors on your Lighting Node Pro or Commander Pro labelled LED 1 and LED 2 that correspond to these. Select the drop-down box next to the Lighting Channel you have your devices connected to, and switch them to either SP RGB Fans, HD RGB Fans, LL RGB fans, ML RGB fans or Lighting Strips. LIGHTING NODE PRO features two channels that can be individually controlled, allowing you to have your LED strips on one channel and your RGB fans on the other channel. You can define what device is on each channel with the dropdown menu just to the right of the channel number (you can choose from RGB LED strips, HD RGB fans, or SP RGB fans). I was originally thinking all 5 of my ML120s could plug into the Core, but now I am starting to find that the Core is just a fan speed controller, so I could do that, but the Core can't control RGB by itself. Correct? Use the 4mm or 5.5mm connection rods to connect the companion triangles onto the master triangle in whatever shape you want. Any ideas? Because I'm very confused! XD I'm not a computer expert, and even thinking about opening up the side panel to mess with cables, scare me, because I have no idea what I would be doing, I know nothing! LOLBut, now I'm starting to see that I might still need a node (along with the other included controller) to control the RGB on the fans, and the all then all the Commander Pro does is control their speed. so looks like the commander core is new and it can control the pwm on the fan as well as the lighting like the node core can only do 6 fans instead of 12 liek the commander and lighting node pro https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Corsair-Link/CORSAIR-Link-RGB-LED-Lighting-Kit/p/CL-8930001 To assign lighting to your fans/strips, you then must select the Lighting Channel you wish to control on the left.

I'm just wondering if I maybe did something to make the pump fans act together with the other fans? I just want all my fans to light up all at once, and like I said, they did ALL light up when I first turned on my PC, it is a custom built PC, and there's also 4 light strips, and one commander pro inside the system. With the CORSAIR LC100 Case Accent Lighting Triangles, you can further personalize your PC with nine interconnected and customizable mini RGB lighting panels. This article contains instructions and a video on how to install the LC100.

Apple please watch this.

Then I found the Commander Pro, which I thought I could get and use instead of my Node to both control my ML120s and their RGB, along with a set of strip lights that don't come with another Node. How then, is the Commander Pro any better (for my applications) than the Commander Core included with my CPU cooler? NOTE: If you select a LIGHTING LINK effect in Lighting Type, it will apply the lighting effect to all iCUE-compatible devices currently connected to your PC. Select LC100 Accent Triangles in the dropdown menu of the lighting channel you have connected the LC100 to.
