The narrator for this novella is Ellen Archer. Even though I'm on the fence about the book, I think she did wonderfully with the narration. After just a few days in the hospital, Cody was sent home with no support, despite the fact he was clearly suffering from a life-threatening illness, Heather said. They got a hospital bed for their house and tended to him in the living room. The third and final story is about two Russian cousins who work as housekeepers for wealthy clients. One of them is a doctor who has gotten herself into big trouble with the Russian mob. She trusts her housekeepers and leans on them for assistance. Unfortunately, her scheme to rip off the Russian mob of drugs intended for them goes bad fast, and she is targeted for death.These are three very different, fast-paced stories. There's murder and mayhem in store for each of them. My favorite was Women and Children First. And I really didn't like the ending of The Housekeepers. That’s the Berliner Dom,” Kevin said, “and it’s kind of a miracle the old cathedral is still standing. During World War II, a wave of Allied bombs blew out the windows, and another explosion destroyed the roof. They’re still trying to raise funds to restore it to some of its prewar glory.” One night after his regular run, he wasn’t feeling well and he went to sleep. “At three in the morning,” Heather said, “he was coughing up blood and hanging onto the walls trying to stand up, and his face was swelling.” In this short story, we have two major plot lines. There’s Sophie, who has run away from her abusive husband, and he’s furious with this so he places a hit on her two kids, having succeeded with one already. Desperate to keep her other son from harm, she’s eventually sheltered by Dr. Parks intertwining her family with Dr. Parks’ who is having enough trouble of her own dealing with someone stealing her client files, her clients being dead, and her addict son. From there, the hitmen follow Sophie to Dr. Parks’ house and they’re determined to complete their mission in killing Sophie’s remaining son, collateral damages or not. A string of events follow. Heather said she suspected the vaccine caused Cody’s injuries, but the doctors were unwilling to entertain the idea or run any tests to find out. As Cody fought to stay alive, Heather took it upon herself to start researching what was going on.

There were parts I liked, but overall this wasn't on par with my expectations. The Poplov cousins, Mosha and Sophie, certainly are an interesting pair.On 7 January 2013, crews were filming scenes in Paris and Belgrade, and shooting wrapped in April.
