About this deal

Banksy’s Girl With A Balloon is one of his most recognizable works. With two simple shapes, one burst of red, and a short faded statement, “There is always hope” Banksy is able to leave an impressionable mark on viewers of this artwork. One of the artist’s largest pieces, it is unknown exactly how he managed to pull this off. This would have been especially difficult considering the work appears to be right next to a CCTV camera. This thinking monkey seems to suggest the intelligence of other beings, and Banksy may be poking fun at humans who consider us to be the only ones with intelligence. All the same, a thinking monkey may just be played for a laugh. 25.Keep your coins, I won’t change – Melbourne.

On another level, the colour palette used in Girl with Balloon has often reminded me of the movie Schlinder’s List by Steven Spielberg from 1994. Another option is to keep an eye out for Banksy's street art when you are traveling, as the artist's works can be found in cities all around the world. While it is not legal to remove or vandalize public property, many property owners have chosen to preserve Banksy's works by building protective structures around them or moving them to a different location. Over the same time period, Banksy himself adopted the position of commentator-provocateur, with his 2015 installation Dismaland undermining art industry systems in enormous, conspicuous proportions. Likewise, it is worth underlining the European Parliament recommendations, led by the S&D Group, for subsidised or free meals for children, especially for disadvantaged and poor children, and for a child guarantee so that every child in poverty can have access to free healthcare, free education, free childcare, decent housing and adequate nutrition, as part of a European integrated plan to combat child poverty.

In recent times, some well-know celebrities have chosen to ink our beloved Balloon Girl on his arm. Many of his pieces, such as his famous "Girl with Balloon," convey a sense of optimism and resilience, encouraging viewers to see the world in a different way and to imagine new possibilities for themselves and for society as a whole. However, it would seem following your dreams is not always possible. Hull is another city where Banksy works can be found dotted around the city with the most noted one being the ‘Draw the Raised Bridge’ artwork found on the Scott Street Bridge. However, since it’s unveiling in 2018, the bridge has been designated for demolition which means the mural will have to be moved to a new location in the city centre. While there’s been no further word on where this mural is going, you can see another on the city’s Queen Street. Located in a car park off the main carriageway, there is a mural depicting 2 children gazing up at Mary Poppins who is flying off with a Lidl bag in tow. There have been rumours among the locals as to whether it’s a genuine Banksy but given its styling and the characteristic nod to capitalism in the Lidl bag, it’d have to have come from a very good copy-cat. While all of Banksy’s creations share a bold message, this one in particular has left such an impression on society, because of how universal it is. He captures a feeling that everyone has experienced at some point, and reminds people of hope. It is most often considered to be a comment on the death of the telephone through the rise of social media, but an alternative consideration could be a change in telephone design away from the traditional red phone box and hence forms a list of iconic works by Banksy 43.Fridge Kite – New Orleans How did Banksy's Girl with Balloon end up in a shredder? – Public Delivery". publicdelivery.org.
