About this deal

Harley Quinn- Her character has always been such a strong one. But in this book all she does is stand in the sidelines coming to the front whenever Joker needs her to spend the night in his bed.

So, the joker has convinced his doctors that he is sane and they can release him and he gets released, only to find out that all his business have been split between different crime lords. In a 2016 interview, Brian Azzarello has mentioned that he hopes for his Joker graphic novel to someday receive an animated film adaptation. Superman/Batman: Apocalypse: Darkseid | Female Furies ( Granny Goodness, Gilotina, Mad Harriet, Lashina& Stompa) | Doomsday

IGN Comics: Fans have been waiting to see Joker for quite some time. I know you do quite a bit of cover work for Marvel and DC, but are there any other upcoming projects you can mention at this time? He will stand over your body, with your blood on his hands, and I promise you he will laugh. Not because your life means nothing to him. But because death, for him, is the punch line.

The reason why I gave this comic a four star rating is that there were many slow scenes in this comic as most of the scenes basically dealt with the Joker just discussing with the other rogues gallery about how he wants to split the profits with them. Also, there is some language and gory violence in this book, where the violence includes people getting shot and blood spurting out of the wounds and there is one REALLY DISTURBING scene that I cannot really say, but let us just say that it involves some SKIN RIPPING! Post-Rape Taunt: After raping Shelly, the Joker says to Jonny that it makes them even for Jonny withholding information. In Batman: Damned, a 2019 sequel to the graphic novel Joker, Joker and Batman are found to have been fatally injured during the clash on the bridge, plunging into the water below. However, when Batman dies of blood loss, Joker re-emerges from under the bridge, laughing manically (in a scene that mentions the genesis of the character in The Killing Joke). Functional Addict: Subverted, it initially seems like Joker is this due to his implied addiction to his pills, but later when he breaks down crying in his room the table is covered with pills.Phillips, Dan (October 23, 2008). "The Joker's Wild Ride". IGN. Archived from the original on May 30, 2014 . Retrieved August 25, 2013. The Dark Knight Rises: League of Shadows ( Bane, Talia al Ghul& Barsad) | Catwoman | John Daggett | Phillip Stryver | Ra's al Ghul | Scarecrow They say there's no honor among thieves. I guess that's true. But is that exclusive to thieves? Maybe there's just no honor, period.

IGN Comics: With the switch in art style, did you find yourself approaching layouts any differently to accommodate painting and the more traditional penciled work? Interview With Writer Brian Azzarello - The 100 Bullets author sits down with Dan Phillips to talk about developing this project. Our reasoning for talking to the artist after the release of the book is simple - we wanted to talk about his approach to scenes and characters, and we wanted readers to have a chance to see the book before we started breaking down some of the artistic decisions behind it. Bermejo also sent over some "behind the scenes" art, giving a glimpse at his pencils and early drafts of some scenes, including some that were changed for the final release!Anarky | Ra's al Ghul | Deathstroke | Harvey Dent | Killer Croc | Simon Stagg | Professor Pyg and Mr. Toad | Man-Bat | Cypher | Magpie | Lady Shiva | Tobias Whale | Phosphorus Rex | Lunkhead | Humpty Dumpty | Silver Monkey | Key | Bethany Ravencroft | Daedalus Boch | Junkyard Dog | Sapphire Stagg | Matatoa | Anatol Mykros Genre Deconstruction: Joker's insanity, while in most continuity it makes him Crazy Awesome who clearly enjoys the mayhem, here it shows just how bad his psyche is and the downside he has, mostly depressions and anger issues, and how he is just as vulnerable as any men. IGN Comics: Do you think there is a danger in trying to make one too much like the other? Are the limits of each medium exposed the more they draw on their counterparts?

However, if we were doing a book focusing on Batman the approach would be completely dependent on the requirements of the story. My next project, a Batman graphic novel, will be considerably more lush and soft in style because the story doesn't require the same feel. It plays in a similar world but doesn't need the bleakness to push the narrative thematically. Uh... God. You disgust me. You have no charm at all, just... obviousness. Dumb, dull, disappointing."Gilly, Casey (April 6, 2016). "IMAGE EXPO EXCLUSIVE: Azzarello & Risso Make "Moonshine" ". CBR.com . Retrieved April 6, 2016. Both also explore the mindsets of each villain, and the worlds they inhabit. This consequently introduces an element of Unreliable Narrator, as neither villain is a wholly trustworthy source (Luthor's narrative, which initially seems quite utopian, is ultimately warped by his humanist pretensions and paranoid delusions, while the Joker's narrative is naturally drenched in an atmosphere of horrific nihilism and casual sadism from the outset). Includes the Wonder Woman short story (co-written by Azzarello and Cliff Chiang, art by Goran Sudžuka) from Secret Origins vol. 3 #6 (anthology, 2014)
