Most plain chocolate eggs are free from gluten but sadly some have 'may contain' warnings which mean they are not coeliac-safe. Cadbury's has admitted that its chocolate Easter eggs are smaller this year, claiming that it wants to keep its products affordable for customers. If you're not avoiding dairy, many 'normal' Easter eggs are free from gluten-containing ingredients anyway. Egg – Large free range organic are what I use.
