About this deal

Running form: Aim to maintain an upright posture and resist the temptation to to lean over the handlebars. Schedule regular breaks to make sure your little one is enjoying the ride. Don’t forget to take water to make sure you and your child stay hydrated.

It is a brilliant pushchair and even when dd1 was 6-7 and having a moment, she could sit in it and be pushed around. Massive seat" - recommended by Mumsnet user, user1471530109 Our verdict

It is very good value for money and will last until both children are old enough to not need a pram anymore. Some of the other prams I've tested will only last until maybe 2 years old and will then become very difficult to push and the seat unit will be too small (I have twins) but this is not the case with this pram.

The Baby Jogger City Tour 2 Double is a lightweight double stroller that caters well to both babies and toddlers. While it’s safe to use from birth, we don’t feel the seats recline flat enough to give adequate support for newborns, so we’d recommend this buggy from six months plus. Unfortunately, you can’t attach a carrycot and it’s not travel system-compatible, but we love the fuss-free design that’s ideal for busy, budget-conscious families. To ensure the products were safe, Gemma chatted to Philip LeShirley, Product Safety Advisor at The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), who advised what to look for when purchasing a pram to ensure it’s safe to use.Extras: what does the pram come with? While a rain cover is essential, not every pram comes with one. If you want a bumper bar, you may also have to pay extra for this. Other accessories could be a cup holder, footmuff and seat liner.

There’s no denying that the Peach 7 is pricey, but its versatility and slimline design makes it a great option for parents of twins. Available in a range of stylish colours and designs, it’s also a pram that will definitely turn heads. The one-hand recline is handy for dealing with snoozing babies mid-run and the supportive padded seat offers a smooth ride. It’s almost ready to go straight from the box as the seat comes attached to the frame but you’ll need to use a bike pump to inflate the wheels before popping them on the chassis. It’s pricey but it’s well engineered, extremely sturdy and very easy for runners and walkers to manoeuvre. The Little Nipper Double didn't stop me doing any of my usual tasks. I could get it on and off the bus quite easily. We took the Little Nipper Double to the park and I was quite surprised how easily it was to push on the grass and on the gravel. When my granddaughter fell asleep I was able to lay her seat completely flat which I liked as it was more comfortable for her. Yes, overall it’s everything I look for in a double pushchair, it was very easy to get around with it, the basket was adequate for carrying a bit of shopping. I liked the big hoods and that they were separate, so I could give the baby a lot of shade while she napped but the toddler could still have hers less shaded giving her more of a view. Weight: The lighter the overall weight of the pram, the easier it is to push, especially if you’re transporting an older child across uneven terrain. Look for a lightweight option with an aluminium frame.Very impressed with it considering the price. It's used daily on rough, hilly moorland and no issues yet" - Mumsnet user, IamnotwhouthinkIam Our verdict At a fraction of the price of its competitors, the Chicco Echo Twin Stroller offers exceptional value for parents on a tight budget.
