Below are 4 of the most popular helmets from the Star Wars movie series. Most of these replicated helmets have equivalent Motorcycle Helmet counterparts. They are typically only customized by airbrushing on the surface of a quality brand full face motorcycle helmet, while others have shown their true super-fan status by modifying a novelty helmet with a replica helmet from a star wars memorabilia store. Even though there is no standard Inquisitor helmet, the range of helmets worn by the four or five Inquisitors who do wear them takes the eighth spot on our list. There are more than ten different Inquisitors, and when the Inquisitorius are in a Star Wars project not all of them appear at once. Proper Fit: So, if you’ve made the choice (or maybe the law doesn’t give you a choice) to wear a helmet, how do you find a good one that fits well? You’re going to have to try a bunch on – there’s no way around it. A helmet that fits well should be SNUG – that means not too loose and not too tight. Put the helmet on, fasten the chinstrap and pull it snug. Then, shake your head – is there any slop or movement of the helmet on your head: yes – keep looking, no – this might be the one. A poorly fitting helmet may not only be uncomfortable, more noisy and may move around when riding if too big or give headaches etc if it is too small, it is also dangerous. A helmet simply will not protect or perform as designed if the head inside it is not snuggly fitted against the impact absorbing material inside the shell. The viewing angle is wider than a standard racing/touring helmet and ships with both a dark smoke shield and anti-fog insert installed.
