I love AMW parfum (although still struggle to figure out why) but this didn't greet me in the same way. The juice starts with lemony and green cardamom, imagine a molcajete being used to crush the skins and pods. Energy is infused into the cardamom ash with each revolution of the tejolote and I feel it with each application. The cardamom takes on many facets turning spicy and balsamic as the toffee accord heart comes into view. Straight out there box straight on the skin and hmmmm a little disappointed, very strong bubblegum and synthetic smelling.
Does this fragrance enter BEAST MODE, good, just okay or weak sauce at best? BREAST MODE! It's meant for the winter, and I'm wearing it during the summer.

I have some risky blind-bought perfumes in my collection that I regret spending money on and some others I've tried that I absolutely dislike, nonetheless all of those have character and made me feel like cringe ostrich the way I buried my head in my arm cause atleast they were all special and totally rad in their own way. The opening is good (but it dies after, say 40 mins) and no doubt is it a safe buy and CHOICE for partying, but the scent is nothing great at all, -nothing special. It's very generic. The dried bark and seeds of cardamom are distilled in Guatemala, releasing a range of complex notes, alternately spicy, green, balsamic or lemony. Through its vibrations, this noble ingredient is a virile and refined signature.
Looking the notes used in this, this is beautifully crafted fragrance in my opinion. Level of depth created with only 3 notes hits my sweet spot, it is simple but it knows where it belongs. It appeals to some, some will not like it. it's honest. It doesn't try to be anything else with confusing noteprofile with tens of notes that would aim to please all. Smells good, hear it compared to the stronger with you line. I only have absolutely and oud, and it doesn’t feel much resemblance to those two off the bat, except for a tiny bit. The quality is def with Armani. Whatchu starin' at?" he snarled, his blue eyes tightening. "Ain't you ever seen a rich guy eatin' slop?! Oh, you wanna see?!" I get a faint pineapple smell. It reminds me of Zara's Bogos a little bit. I will update on longevity and sillage soon. Fragrance in itself is very masculine. Opening contains mainly scent of cardamom with sweet edge to it. In my opinion cardamom in opening is a bit overwhelming. In drydown it will lean more and more to toffee & amber notes, cardamom becoming sidespice to balance the sweetness together with that woody note. It is assertive, inviting, masculine scent. I get more mature vibes out from this than from your average clubbing fragrances. This is dark but sweetish scent, toffee however to my nose is not overly sweet, it stays present and moderate the whole drydown. It is also quite realistic caption of scent of a toffee, affected with those 2 other notes of course.Everyone seem to love this out in public, and I do get compliments more often than not compared to MWP. If we're talking party, Versace Eros beats it because atleast it has character and originality even with its bad performance reformulation and overpopularity. It's the fragrance that I've received the most compliments on, and I know not everyone will agree, but for me it can be worn at any time of the year, although it's best worn in the evening, on dates or nights out.
