And this book is roughly a healthy/clean eating (these books often have a before-after author story). In the main, the recipes are easy. Sometimes the casualness hides the effort involved. Ella Woodward is deliciously magnificent! Her recipes are out of this world, and her wellness philosophy is life-changing.
