Baking doesn’t have to be difficult and you don’t need lots of ingredients to produce something tasty. Make cuts to the corner of your greaseproof paper when lining your baking tin. This allows it to fit more snugly. Then you’ll melt together chopped chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a double boiler. You’re essentially making chocolate fudge that’s extra creamy. You could do this in the microwave, but if so, just be very careful. Always use medium power (not high power) and melt in short 45-second bursts, stirring between each interval.

Store: The no-bake chocolate traybake can be made up to 3 days ahead and stored in the fridge in an airtight container. Leftovers will keep in the fridge for a week....but they won't last that long! The Maltesers will slightly soften over time but it doesn't affect the flavour.
