As mentioned earlier, polyWatch offers three kits, but for my timepiece, I only needed to use their glass polish kit. I use my finger to apply and rub it in, that way it is easy to regulate the pressure. Once dry, I use a soft eye-glasses (silk?) cleaning cloth....It has worked great for me.
