About this deal

I am writing this review as a mom of a 5 and 7 year old, as well as a school social worker. This is truly on my list of top books for children. I read this book to my son whenever he is angry, or frustrated or even hyper and needs to settle down. We are now at the point where he will tell me he is angry and wants to read the angry octopus. It is a long book, but it is meant to be- as it is teaching children how to be mindful of their bodies- and relax each part to ensure they are calm, cool collected, and able to make choices from environment, it also taught him step by step how to physically relax not only his body but his mind. Legközelebb aztán a polip említésére is kifakadt. Talán el kell olvasni még párszor. Amazing book to respectfully talk about anger.
