There’s something slightly off about the conversations had between characters, though. The phrasing doesn’t quite ring true and the tone that the family members take towards each other isn’t entirely recognisable. Exchanges often resemble children’s storybook characters more than they do hardened criminals. The story is definitely not kid-friendly, however, as it revolves around a conspiracy that the Peaky Blinders are at the centre of as a web of violence, deceit, and revenge is uncovered. It’s by no means a riveting tale, but a serviceable one with comic book panel-like cutscenes that glues its puzzle box levels together.

The visuals within Peaky Blinders: Mastermind are very nice, both the actual in-game graphics and the still image cutscenes. I would have prefered animated cutscenes or at least voiced ones with either the original cast or any other voice actors, but I still enjoyed it regardless – I even gave each character the voice I thought they would have within my video down below! The realistic yet slightly stylised visuals help create a game that looked very periodically correct and entertaining to explore.

Graphically, I loved Peaky Blinders: Mastermind. Every character looks like they do in the show, often with games based on real-world IPs, the characters look weird and sometimes nothing like their on-screen counterparts. The story sections between each of the game’s ten missions are static, comic-style scenes and all looked well-created. The story sections were all well designed, well written and fit perfectly with the style of the popular TV show. The Rise of Tommy– When a Peaky Blinder is implicated in the murder of a Chinese opium dealer, Tommy embarks on a mission to find out the truth, slowly growing into the true Peaky Blinders’ Mastermind. The plot is a prequel to the first season of Peaky Blinders. A Peaky Blinder by the name of Scout is accused of having involvement around a suspicious murder, in an elaborate plot to bring down the Shelby Clan. It is now down to Tommy and his fellow family members to organize a plan to defend the Peaky Blinders name, and show the people of Birmingham why they are not to be messed with.

Welcome to Birmingham, during the aftermath of the Great War. Set right before the events of Series 1, Peaky Blinders: Mastermind lets you join the Shelby family's criminal gang. Follow the rise of Tommy as he successfully uncovers a sinister plot to put the family out of business, proving himself worthy of being the true mastermind of the Peaky Blinders. TRUE TO THE TV SHOW: Take control of Tommy, Arthur, Polly, John, Ada and Finn as they navigate through familiar.Michael is also seen apparently spearheading his own empire with the help of his wife Gina, arriving on a boat looking very much like a Mafia boss. The big question is: who snitched? Michael? Billy Grade? Johnny Dogs? We look at all of the suspects here. Zatu has an excellent range of games and for most of them the best prices too. Delivery is always fast and I have never received a game in bad condition. 10/10 would recommend. Your performance on each of Peaky Blinders: Mastermind’s levels is gauged by how long it takes to complete the level in spent time. While a level might take 20 minutes to complete a level, rewinding a refining your path and puzzle solving, the spent time might be only 3 minutes long. Judged at Gold, Silver or Bronze, you’ll need everything to be flawless for the highest rewards. The season five finale ended with Tommy Shelby appearing to lose his mind and poised to kill himself after being betrayed during his failed assassination attempt on Oswald Mosley (Sam Claflin) – who has been confirmed to return in season six. Peaky Blinders: Mastermind is set right before the first season of the TV show, you take control of the Shelby clan as you play out the rise of Tommy through ten missions. What starts out innocent enough, well, innocent for a criminal gang, soon turns nasty when you discover a sinister plot to put the family out of business – forcing Tommy to stand up and become the Mastermind behind stopping these events and getting revenge on those involved. But with World War II edging ever closer, things are about to get even more complicated for the family in the final batch of episodes. Peaky Blinders season 6 release date: When is it likely to air?Still interested in this because I quite like games where you've got multiple overlapping actions. I'm also not put off by it being a bit easy as I'm rubbish at using my brain. True to the TV Show– Take control of Tommy, Arthur, Polly, John, Ada and Finn as they navigate through familiar locations including The Garrison Tavern, Charlie Strong’s Yard, Shelby Parlour and more. One issue, which I found on two occasions, was where the ‘programmed’ characters broke free of what I told them to do. One of them walked into a wall, instead of through a door – breaking their future events – and another simply stopped moving. Now, this could be because another character triggered a new event that got in the way of this original person (butterfly effect), or it could be that Skynet is true and the AI has gained a life of its own and decided to disobey my commands. Either way, the mechanics are great but not perfect 100% of the time (in my experience).
