The wheel works and the buttons also work, but to clearify, I only have the limited options of a xbox 360 controller, which means that the shifters interfere with my buttons and my pedals with the triggers (L2 and R2). I can't find anything online about people having this same issue, but now I see that Bushido has the same problem.
