Every Amiibo ever released is compatible with Xenoblade 3 - anything and everything that you scan will give you a reward. Rewards come in a few different shapes and sizes, including bundles of EXP to help level up your characters, and 'Collectible Sets' of items which include a bunch of items of varying rarity. These sets contain a variety of different items, some of which are rare and many of which are helpful in the game. These items can typically be found as rewards for killing enemies, in treasure chests, or on the ground while roaming through the wilderness. I don't think this list is complete. There is at least one Amiibo missing that I know of : Box Boy (Qbby).
