First aid kit: When a player takes the First aid kit, he immediately heals all of his wounds. Note: If the player has no wounds, the First aid kit is discarded without effect. At the beginning of each turn, flip 8 Loot cards face-up, and make sure that the New Godfather token is showing its desk available side. 2. Choice of the Bullet card Bang!: the targeted player is wounded! They take one Wound and lay their Character down. They will not take part in the sharing of the loot this turn.

To start with before each skirmish the available loot is laid out before the players. This pot of money will be split between any surviving players at the end of the round.The remaining players split the loot – divided evenly any leftovers are kept on the table and added to the new pot.

Each turn, a player assumes the role of “The Don”, who will have the responsibility to call out the steps in gameplay. Note: At any point in the game, if there's only one player left alive, that player automatically wins the game. Clips: When the players takes a Clip card, they will also take a Bang! card from the discard pile (face-up or facedown) and immediately adds it to their hand of cards. That player must discard another card. Note: If there are no Bang! cards in the discard pile, the Clip is lost.Watching any mafia movie, you'll notice a trending trope. A heist either goes well and everyone gets shot when splitting the loot, or a heist goes badly and everyone gets shot regardless. It's the heavy theme of most mafia style genres, and it's a normalised risk indeed Hollywood's stories. Going shopping? Then you’ll get shot. Going swimming? Then you’ll get shot. Going to shoot someone? Then you’ll get shot. The trope is there and will run itself every time! Any player that is wounded during the shootout doesn’t get a share of the loot and receives a bandage (A player that 3 bandages is eliminated from the game). Now all the used cards are discarded. We only used powers with players who knew the game through and through. The base game alone vanilla style was engaging and fun enough to be enjoyed a good few games and always produced laughs and enjoyment. Adding powers enhanced that, but wasn't accessible to all players and risked them being alienated or at a disadvantage. Final Thoughts

The Godfather for the turn counts to three. On three, each player must hold at gunpoint another player (by aiming their foam gun). In case of a tie, the player with the most wounds wins. If a tie still occurs, the players share the victory. Instead of taking a card, it's possible to flip the New Godfather token to get the desk and become the Godfather on the next turn. This doesn't change the current sharing of the loot.
Setup
The effects of the cards are all applied simultaneously; two players pointing at each other can wound each other.
