All in all Lies has an interesting premise, but I could never fully buy into the characters or the events of the novel. Need to be careful this weekend like we discussed... Remember to delete messages as soon as you read... Does K suspect anything... This would be a good beach read. No in depth characters to analyze, but a fun plot. And the ending is not believable, but it was still fun.

The book takes place in France. Great! Too bad the author forgot to include any kind of descriptive settings to reinforce that. It could have taken place anywhere. Also sexist is that the couples are literally staying in a house on a vineyard but none of the men drink wine. Only beer, whiskey or tequila. How masculine of them!.....eye roll. If you’re eager to dive into The Catch whether you’ve read T.M. Logan's 2020 book or not then the place to head is Channel 5. The drama is split into 4 episodes, each an hour long, and airs every Wednesday at 9pm on Channel 5 starting from January 25, with episodes made available to stream afterwards on My5. Twisted, dark, heart-pounding, deceptive, distorted fun—do not start this book if you don’t have time to stay up late into the night reading it! It is that hard to put down! When we began this read, I thought it would be a good old-fashioned domestic noir novel. But it blew my expectations out of the water. My mind thought of dozens of scenarios, but not a single one I thought of was THAT twist! I loved it! Six days ago, Joe Lynch was a happily married man, a devoted father, and a respected teacher living in a well-to-do London suburb. But that was before he spotted his wife’s car entering a hotel parking garage. Before he saw her in a heated argument with her best friend’s husband. Before Joe confronted the other man in an altercation where he left him for dead, bleeding and unconscious.

Instead of immediately confronting her husband she spends the rest of the vacation looking for clues and analyzing everyone else to figure out who it is. She wants all the information she can get before facing her husband directly. Meanwhile she is so fixated on her marriage that she misses important things going on in the lives of other members of her family, her children. With so many secrets and inner turmoil going on mere confrontation is the least of problems the group will encounter! A brilliant book by TM Logan who seems to always make you wonder what you would do in the same situation and always writes a gripping and faced paced thriller and this is no exception.Ultimately, we'll just have to wait and see as The Catch show lands how many of the same plot-threads start to emerge building to episode 4 or whether things do start to go in a different direction. We can't wait! How to watch The Catch the book only really started to get juicy like just over the middle mark- mystery novels are supposed to reveal small peices of the story little by little but this book just kept giving me questions and not a single answer. I loved how everyone was a suspect as little hints are dropped through the book, Lucy wanting definitive proof and cast a suspicious eye on all her friends. This psychological thriller had an intense start and definitely pulled me in right away. Joseph Lynch is innocently driving home when his son spots his wife's car on the road. He decides to follow her at his son's request to "surprise mommy". Little did he know that based on that one spontaneous decision he was unwittingly in for a life altering surprise. You cant beat the start of this, unassuming lady on a train, annoyed by a baby and Mum that comes to sit with them, Mum ‘has’ to take a call and asks if she can hold the baby, train pulls into a station, Mum is seen walking away, baby left with unassuming lady

Some friend, right? Well..........I've now read all TM Logan's books and enjoyed every single one of them so I now have the long wait until the next one's released. Don't leave it too long Mr Logan. The author brings them to life. There were unlikable characters in this one. The kids needed a lot of discipline, which they didn't had any at all. Odette was such a brat but I loved reading about her. I absolutely loved Joe as a father. For everything that frustrated me about him as a husband (seriously, Joe, she is in a hotel with another man in the middle of the work day!), Joe redeemed himself as a friend and as a father. Joe is truly one of the good ones. Believing others can change, and believing that if you act with goodness, the truth will prevail.

She literally hides in bushes taking pictures of them. The Catch book ending then jumped to a year later when Claire and Abbie were laying flowers on Ed and his son’s graves. Ed’s body had been found on the moor, as had the bodies of Ryan’s first wife Lori, his foster mother Eileen and two other unidentified women. By this time Abbie had given birth to her and Ryan’s son and the final words of the book reveal that his eyes were, “His father’s eyes”.Coral Girl responds We talked about this...Better a secret...
