I loved the idea of love triangle, and of a heroine who moves on from who she thought was the one only to meet someone who truly is the one. This is my favourite type of love triangle. Needless to say, I didn’t like how this book progressed that plot.

Also, can I just add a more general observation. This is not particular to this book only, I’ve seen this done 100 times before and that’s the overprotective brother routine. Also, its long and could be couple of chapters shorter but other than that every chapter is important and you see it in the couple of chapters in the end. Reign of Brayshaw” is the third novel in the “Brayshaw High” series, and was released in the year 2019. Trust only the ones that earn it. It is one sentiment that she follows, but that holds more consequences than ever before. Five lives, three futures, and one choice. That is what is at stake here.The smut doesn’t start until about 50% in. It really disturbed me that he didn’t wear a condom or even discuss birth control with Ari yet he supposedly cared about her. Some found them to be quite a force and a great romance novel couple. Fans found themselves once more enthralled by one of Meagan’s stories, and she is an author they cannot read enough of.Noah, sweet sweet Noah ~ what an all around delightful guy he was for being only 21. Honestly, I don't really like the author's writing. And the story and characters are just totally unrealistic; it's clear that the author writes from a list of plot points she wants to hit without truly doing any world or character building. Just like an actor takes on a role and has to understand the nuances for how characters would behave in certain instances, author's also need to do this work to bring their characters and worlds to life.Noah is also auch an amazing boyfriend… I want a man like him!!! He was always there for Ari, supported her and made sure that she felt loved and that there were also no misunderstandings between them!! He’s just too perfect for his own good! When she meets Noah they become friends first. He teaches her to cook, talks with her and truly gets to know her. Noah is a gem of a man. QB of the football team, devoted son, and all around good guy. You can’t help but root for him. He’s not pushy with Ari, he knows she had feelings for someone else she’s getting over and he takes his time with her. She had everything figured out, and knew exactly what and who she wanted out of life. Then he returned, determined to prove her wrong more than ever. He has forced his way right into her world, and demanded her whole attention no matter what the cost.

Anyway… other than that minor inconvenience, the book was perfection! I loved every second of it! And I noticed that Meagan Brandy’s writing style has improved a lot since the last time I’ve read a book of hers and I’m very proud of her for that!! Also Ari’s brother and his two friends were strangely protective of Ari and her best girl friend’s honor or something and wouldn’t even let a guy look at or talk to them. Who acts like this unless they are religious? Fumbled Hearts” is the first novel in the “Fumbled Hearts” series, and was released in the year 2017. He is the persistent playboy that simply refuses to walk away. She is the impassive new girl that has got nothing left to give. Things will get complicated. For years, I've dreamt of what college life could bring and while some things changed, there was always one constant.UNTIL I was lost with Payton..Parker? Nate? I did do a little research because I felt like I was missing something. Apparently, Nate and his girl (can't remember her name) are the main characters in another series by the author. Boys of Brayshaw High” is the first novel in the “Brayshaw High” series, and was released in the year 2019. Girls like Raven (also called RaeRae) are not exactly welcomed at a school like this, she needs to keep her head down and continue to look the other way. These are the words her social worker told her as she dropped her into the newest hellhole, it was a place for ‘troubled teens’. Raven didn’t listen and has now gotten onto their radar. The Wrong Blaze” is the first stand alone novel and was released in the year 2018. Hate. Lies. Love. And nothing is ever like it appears. Starting out I loved this book. I couldn't put it down! I love a good brother's best friend trope! The adventures their little group went on were fun and it was cool how close they were.
