Whilst we did manage to get her to do this on a couple of occasions (and the height she grew to was really impressive when it worked! You can cuddle the egg and tilt backwards and the eyes go pink but if too long it will go to sleep with white eyes. We've put together a little video showcasing all the tricks that the Hatchimals Wow can do - it really is good fun when you know what you are doing! Inside the largest Hatchimals egg ever, you could hatch a pink or purple Hatchimals WOW in only 5 minutes! Don’t forget there is also the Llalacorn’s confetti fruit accessory inside one of the corners of the box – you will need this later!
Although most of the excitement of the Hatchimals Wow is hatching the egg, you can play with the egg before it hatches! I was hoping that Hatchimals WOW would have the “WOW” factor, as my daughter told me amazing things about it’s neck growing tall and that it can be rehatched!If I am totally honest I was a little bit underwhelmed, as essentially the Llalacorn just extends his neck and pushes the base of the egg up in one complete piece, which you then manually remove to reveal the character (and it’s colour) below. You take the egg out of the box, and don’t forget the fruit which is hidden away in the corner of the box. To hatch the Hatchimals WOW egg, firstly you remove the outer packaging, unscrewing the twist locks at the base of the box and pulling the egg out, leaving the inner plastic ribbon aorund the centre of the egg. Every time Llalacorn wakes up, she’s in a different mood so there’s always something new waiting for you to do! We are already huge Hatchimals fans in our house, after reviewing the Hatchimals Hatchibabies last Christmas. Tickle it's tummy to giggle and if you hold the back of it's head and hold it to your chest at the same time it will be a hug. Hold it against it's tummy and it will chase it downwards, hold it against it's forehead to chase it upwards.Christmas is coming and of course Spinmaster have to launch another awesome product in time, or should I say WOW product?
My eldest as per usual had seen some videos on YouTube and was telling me exactly how we would be hatching this exciting creature! When it is ready to hatch you will see rainbox eyes through the egg shell and then the llalacorn will keep growing taller and taller until the egg shell has been pushed off! I remember we were so excited with previous Hatchimals products, as it slowly hatched but this time it was quickly and not as fun. The girls were VERY excited when they first saw the giant egg and couldn’t wait to get started in hatching their Llalacorn! As you can see though, it has a mind of it's own really, the biggest surprise is what it will do next!
You can make your recording be on repeat on pitch up depending on holding toes or touching the forehead or belly. We saw a video of someone ‘hatching’ theirs and my kids literally went ‘wow’ when it rose up out of the egg.
