About this deal

I think that it doesn’t fully realise this aspect, and lord knows there were enough pages to figure it all out, but it rarely dips further than surface level. The latest taunt from my stalker reminded me I was nothing more than a possession to my father, to the Reapers, to Archer D’Ath. Pucking Around’ sets up the sequal easily, if not a bit too obviously, and I’m interested to see where book two goes with the characters it will feature. I did like his story with Rachel helping him with his injury and getting recruited to the Finnish Olympics.

I really liked his character, but I found his involvement a little confusing, especially as he didn't even join the group until half way in. Sometimes we refer Author here 👋🏻 Thank you so much to each and every person leaving an honest review. While Mars wants nothing more than to be with Rachel, he isn’t Bi or Queer so he struggles to fit into the dynamic between these lovers. Pucking Around’ by Emily Rath has to be one of the biggest romance books I’ve ever taken on, even beating ‘Den of Vipers’ which was a meaty 650.

Balancing their careers (and trying not to end them) while also wanting to nurture this new relationship. If you like books in this genre and the thought of comitting to 750 pages, then definitely give it a go! It turns out my perfect man is actually the playboy grinder for the Jacksonville Rays, the NHL's hottest new hockey team.

One more thing I wasn't happy about was the family life, say somewhere around 80% of the book gets over and then we meet the twin and her family. The first of you to refer to our relationship as the ‘pussy posse’ will be the first voted off the island. She lands her dream opportunity getting a fellowship with an up and coming hockey team out of Florida. I felt like he fostered a more meaningful and careful connection with Rachel, whereas the other two have a lot to figure out between themselves and I think that Rachel, for want of a better phrase, ends up as more of a vehicle for them to connect.I swear, I entered another plane of consciousness when the idea for this book first feel in my head. Her checked-in luggage is lost, and when she finally meets Caleb, her carry-on luggage falls apart embarrassing her with its contents. You can expect my books to have big casts of characters, lots of drama, lots of kissing, and unpredictable magic.
