About this deal

Vriendschappen in de breedste zin van het woord, in alle verschillende werelden en met de meest bijzondere personages. With that in mind, we've put together a list of brilliant books featuring characters who identify as trans, non-binary or gender fluid alongside non-fiction titles that explore these themes. It’s another one where I could tell you every second I loved of this, but I really want you just dive in and find those moments yourself. The plot moves swiftly, the characters are nuanced and complex, and the storyline is well thought out. The story missed an element of whimsy, although Pendulabor was such a dreamy and magical place; it wasn't present in the story for that long.

I am so glad I did because this was more adventure in the Strangeworlds universe and I want a million more. There are also rules which made me happy, because otherwise it would just been too easy to go to these worlds. She spends a lot of time entertaining herself as her mother is busy taking care of her little brother Freddy. Then quickly he shut his mouth again, in the way people do when they remember that the person they wanted to speak to is no longer there. I’m so sad that this incredible adventure is over… but grateful and pleased that it’s been in my life!I thought at first she may turn out to be a baddie (like the Overseer) but she turned out to be a sweet girl who was just trying to make a living. I also thought the romantic element was forced given that Flick is barely thirteen years old, but oh well! To everyone around her, George is a boy - but George longs to be like Charlotte, the wise and gentle hero of Charlotte's Web. Having not read the precious books, I was worried I'd be lost, but it the additional stories didn't impact this one too much, so it was still a fun read!

Having loved the first two Strangeworlds books, I was delighted when NetGalley gave me the opportunity to read the final part of the trilogy.Dvanásťročná hrdinka Flick sa po presťahovaní na dedinu dostane do cestovnej agentúry Tajné svety, ktorú po smrti/zmiznutí rodičov vedie mladý Jonathan. I enjoyed reading about the rules of the Strangeworlds and what Flick has to learn to traverse these vast worlds.

Some had stamps on their edges, some had splashes of paint, and at least a dozen had paper labels tied on to their handles with string. Lapinski's feats of world building will transport even the most stuck-at-home reader beyond their wildest dreams.

Strofadia is a land of flight and fantasy, where the people are born with wings and the great floating mountains are seen as the source of fantastic power. When 12-year-old Flick Hudson accidentally ends up in the Strangeworlds Travel Agency, she uncovers a fantastic secret: there are hundreds of other worlds just steps away from ours. Equally exciting are the rules of the Strangeworlds Travel Agency making the adventures more exhilarating. K nálade jej nepridá ani sťahovanie sa z mesta na dedinu, no veľmi rýchlo objaví starý obchod, z ktorého sa vykľuje Cestovná agentúra Tajné svety. The third and final episode in the Strangeworld Travel Agency trilogy, The Secrets of the Stormforest by L.
