A: Due to the acrylic nature of this finish it’s exceptionally durable, but as it only applied on a single coat it can be scratched by harder materials. A: This product is not suitable for exteriors or wet rooms, it is meant to be applied as a special indoor feature. Metallic paints, as they reflect the light much more than standard emulsions, will show different effects under different lights and eventually each observer will see different shades from different angles. What is really great about this product is that you can work "play" with different effects for quite a while before it starts setting up. The unmistakable style of this decorative finish lends basic but very tasteful atmospheres and gives expression to the environment, by connecting modern elements with others with old charm features. Once you’ve applied a square metre and the paint has started to settle (2-5 mins), the effect can be changed or finalised with a tobacco sponge. Apply MARCOPOLO LUXURY on a surface already prepared with DECORFOND Available in a range of metallic tones from gold, silver, copper and bronze.

San Marco Marcopolo Luxury Base Argento is a decorative finish with unrefined metal effect for interiors.Almost every bit of the grain can be taken away with a sponge so please touch it only very lightly when creating the effect! On the other hand it’s very easy to repair it, only a sponge and a few drops of the paint are needed and the finish will be like new! PVA and other glues can not ensure proper bonding, look and durability and the look might deteriorate very quickly. Please be aware that Universal Primer is needed to ensure the quality and durability of a Marcopolo Luxury paint finish, without this the paint might fail and doesn’t show the right look!
