We were told if you ask for a higher floor facing the opposite side from the pool, you will have a peaceful and quiet siesta and the view should be better than 1st and 2nd floor. Parcel arrived quickly and well packaged, all the crystals were individually wrapped and so easy to open i loved that they were all labelled and made so easy to open as it made the experience so much more exciting! Housekeeping also did an amazing job of always keeping our room tidy throughout our stay, and Juan-Carlos was a top notch bartender every time we needed a drink.
