The guys over at Mister Marinade sent me a message to see if I would like to try some of their seasonings, since I have been making more food at home I said yeah as they sounded great. Target 160F and let rest for 5 minutes during which the internal temperature will continue to rise to 165F. You can use this marinade as the base to make baked Asian chicken and honey garlic baked chicken drumsticks as well, it works really well.

I have 2 trays of boneless and skinless chicken and this recipe sounds delicious but Im worried abput you saying make it with bone in and with skin.Basting the thighs with own juices during baking will also help with browning and keeping the tops moist.
