Senet was such a popular game among the Pharos and population, that King Tutankhamun (Tut) was discovered to have been buried with four Senet boards along with his other treasures. But my favorite part has to be the inclusion of an actual oasis in the background, trimmed with some beautiful dark green tile and two modern-style palm trees. He’s impatient, stubborn, easily flustered and loves to be the center of attention, but deep down he’s got a heart of gold and still gets shy around his girlfriend Daisy. Main pyrmaid base is one part but dont let that put you off, still lots to build,including a big scorpion and a wee jeep.

Employing forced perspective, a micro version of the ancient city’s walls can be seen on the other side of Lake Mareotis (modern-day Lake Mariout in Egypt). To built it was interesting and all the hidden traps and moving doors, adventures and figures what comes with it is very interesting for entire family. LEGO Adventurers had everything you could ever wish for in a set, especially the original Egyptian one. Other sets soon followed, and before long, Indiana Jones would be forever remembered to go hand in hand with the Adventurer sets.Not all Adventure series have been best sellers, but it’s interesting to note: The more popular one has been remade in one form or another.

I'd rather be doing this than staring at the TV though)THE DETAIL:The main focus of this set is the pyramid. But even the most cunning criminal could not have predicted what might cut him off on his escape route! There may be twists and turns on the way down, or hidden obstacles lurking just beneath the powder, but as long as you keep your knees bent, your poles straight and both eyes on where you’re going, you’re sure to get there all right in the end.

It is divided into three parts: The first floor, where you can find a lot of references to Adventurers like the pharaoh Hotep and his magic Re-Gou ruby, the adventurer Jhonny Thunder, etc. The Egypt subtheme story line is based on the adventurers having traveled to Egypt to find the legendary Re-Gou Ruby, which is said to have magical power and is under the protection by the undead Pharaoh Hotep. The Adventurers theme is based on an early 20th century exploration where the characters explore new areas, and go on adventures. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. The ones worth noting are 7412 Yeti’s Hideout, 7416 Emperor’s Ship, 7417 Temple of Mount Everest, 7418 Scorpion Palace and 7419 Dragon Fortress. The first, set 5956 Expedition Balloon, an excellent idea for a set which incorporated the brick container (shaped like a zeppelin balloon) as part of the build.

While not as many sets this time as the Egypt theme, it still proved popular enough to keep the sets coming. The pyramid is open at the back and has a special compartment which can be 'exploded', stairs which open up and doors which roll sideways. The sets were unique in that three of the larger sets came with game cards and pieces of the board game.
