About this deal

Earning a million dollars requires a lot more than just 'a positive mindset.' This book is an honest, realistic, and inspiring look at what it really takes to become an extremely high-earning woman. Rachel Rodgers will give you a million-dollar attitude with a bank account to match.' Big picture view: The world would look different if women had more money and more power. For a better world, sure, but she also wants us to have lots of money for the things we want for ourselves and our families. And for more time, energy, joy, and peace of mind. For freedom. We Should All Be Millionaires details a realistic, achievable, step-by-step path to creating the support, confidence, and plan you need to own your success and become the millionaire the world needs you to be.

And so I tell my team, you know, go on, save yourselves. Go on without me. You know, start this thing, because I'm not going to make it. And you probably think maybe that's the end of the story, but you forgot that I'm Rachel Rodgers. I'm a diva. I don't quit easily. Okay? The basic premise is that women, and especially women of color, should have a million dollars in assets and/or earnings to build generational wealth. That's just a house, in many big cities of America. We KNOW that legislation will not save us from wealth inequality. In this context, Rachel’s approach to money is like a breath of fresh air. While there’s a lot to be said for living well below your means, you also need to enjoy life. The two aren’t mutually exclusive. Of course, you're going to have to make some mindset shifts, right? To get there. What got you here is not going to get you there. You're going to have to change your mind. That is the biggest thing that you have to change. You already have the skills, you already have the ability, it's just your mindset, right? Why most of the financial advice you've heard in the past (like "skip your daily latte to save money") is absolute, patriarchal nonsense. And I'm like throwing shit in my suitcase as I'm on the phone with him, because mama is coming home immediately. So I, you know, of course book a flight and I go home that night. And it turns out, my son is fine. He had a febrile seizure, which is actually very normal in children under six, and it's just brought on by a spike in temperature. You need to deliver on a big promise. Say it with me. No punk promises, okay? Again, together, no punk promises! You can deliver on something bigger. Don't hide. Don't be scared to really go out there and show people what you can do, show people the transformation that you can create for them. So, make a very big promise and then deliver on it. The fact is that if money were distributed evening, we would all, really, be millionaires, but that is not the real world.

A diverse community – directory of members and a private Facebook group Who is We Should All Be Millionaires: The Club For? An eye-opening history lesson on how women and people of color have been shut out of the ability to build wealth for centuries—and how we can fix this. So, I'm like, holy shit, what's happened? And just so you guys have some context, this is my husband. He's super-hot. He doesn't cry. We've been married for 11 years. I've seen him cry maybe once or twice, so I knew something was serious. I was approved for a review copy of this one and started reading it the same day. I’m a huge personal finance nerd, and I am always looking for interesting information/advice about growing personal wealth (I have *lofty* goals of buying an affordable house and retiring one day, haha). This book was not at all what I expected. There’s also too much bootstrap mentality in this. And again, I could forgive this if she didn’t specifically try to cater to all demographics by explicitly saying this is for everyone, including the generationally working class. It clangs and it drowns the really wonderful messages (you can control your dignity, you can control how you speak to yourself).
