The 7Hz Timeless is a breakthrough product and has landed 7Hertz firmly on the list of renowned ChiFi brands.

But also is it unreasonable to suggest that the cheaper the iem the less demanding it should be on equipment? That said, the Timeless still has its “flaws” or certain caveats that not everyone would be a fan of, like the fit, and tuning, which at the end of the day, is a personal preference. The treble itself, on the Timeless, can sound a bit artificial at times, but that is something that I did not notice often. Regardless, the treble of the Timeless is still enjoyable to me and is far from a dealbreaker by any means.Timeless offered great transparency to the point of revealing recording and mastering artifacts especially in the Treble section.

The beautiful thing about planars is their layering and separation, which thus iem has nailed in one while dismissing the other entirely. While not perfect, it does a lot right here and its flaws are relatively minor when compared to other IEMs in the market. For the most part, the Timeless has clean sound but the bass can occasionally overpower the music given the right note. The included cable is a bit basic but uses nice hardware and to be honest, I prefer the lightweight of it over the thicker cable included with the S12. It is freakishly close to the timbre and tonality of my Shure KSE1500 now in that configuration, the TOTL reference sound that I madly adore.The nozzles have a pronounced lip that holds eartips in place, as well as a protective metal mesh on the nozzle opening to protect the internals from earwax. Although the tonal integrity of Moondrop blessing 2 in sound is not lost overall except the dryness felt in the treble air above 8-10k region and I find the characteristics to keep it all along the spectrum wonderfully, where the timeless being v shaped in sound. My intention with this "Mini Review" is to share my impressions of the various IEMs after using them for approximately one day only. ohms, sensitivity: 104db, I thought it was a headset that can be easily driven by mobile phones, but the sound I got was not as good as expected.
