Highlights include roasted cauliflower with chickpeas, spring greens, lemon and tahini; crispy gnocchi with mushrooms, squash and sage (gnocchi in the oven, who knew?The author does have a bold personality that really shows through, but I quickly grew used to it and it even became a huge perk of the book. As for desserts, the sweet potato, date and tahini cake turned out to be the best cake ever to emerge from our oven.
